My password does not work, what should I do?
The most common reason that passwords appear not to work is that they are being entered into the incorrect month.
Following the below steps should solve this problem;
- Select the relevant updates tab, this is indicated in the middle digits of your password E.g. 15 = 2015 Updates.
- Select the relevant month of your Investment (this is not the date of the update), this is also indicated in the first numerical digits of your password, E.g. 09 = September.
- You will then be asked to enter your password.
- All available updates will be listed
You will always find your latest updates by logging in this way.
When will the next report be available?
The SPV Director includes a timeframe of when the next update is due for release within each report.
Which web browsers are compatible?
All the main web browsers are compatible i.e. Google Chrome, Firefox, Safari and we would suggest that you use the most recent released version of your preferred browser choice.
If you use an older version of any browser, your experience may be affected.
